FRIED RICE

The preparation time will take about ten minutes and the
cooking time will take about ten minutes.

Ingredients
1. Two tablespoons of oil
2. Two cloves of garlic
3. One tablespoon of fish sauce
4. One tablespoon of soy sauce
5. Three hundred grams of chicken breast, cut into cubes
6. Two eggs which are lightly beaten
7. Three teaspoons of white pepper
8. Two teaspoons of salt
9. One cup of frozen mixed vegetables
10. Five hundred grams of shrimp
11. Five hundred grams of overnight rice

Steps
Firstly, heat up a pan with two tablespoons of oil. Add two
cloves of garlic and stir fry until aromatic. Next, add the frozen
mixed vegetables, chicken cubes and the shrimp into the pan.
After that, add in the overnight rice and stir well with the
ingredients.

Once it is done, add the salt, white pepper, soy sauce and
fish sauce and continue to stir the fried rice for a few minutes.
Then, use another pan to fry the lightly beaten eggs. After that,
cover the eggs with the fried rice.
Lastly, stir the fried rice with the eggs. Now, the fried rice
is ready to be served.
