Phase one
Tab title: Score card
1. Gauges: There will be three gauges. They will show values based on
the activities for the last 90 days.
Yellow Open (number of open activities for the last 90 days / total
activities for the last 90 days)
Green Closed (number of closed activities for the last 90 days / total
activities for the last 90 days)
Red Escalated (number of escalated activities for the last 90 days /
total activities for the last 90 days)
2. Heat map

The heat map will be for the last 12 months. The following should be the method to display the colour.
a. If for any month there is at least one escalation, it will show as red. On click it will display a table similar to task view above
of all the activities, first the escalated activities, next the closed activities and then the open activities.
b. If there are no escalations, and if there are closed tasks then it will be green. On click it will display a table similar to task
view above of all the activities, first the closed activities and then the open activities.
c. If there are no escalations, no closed activities and only open activities, then it will be yellow. On click it will display a table
similar to task view above of all the open activities.
d. If there are no escalated, closed or open activities, then no colour.

Phase two
Reporting will be in DTZ Focus (Uview) as a transaction tracking dashboard. Will send out the details once I complete it.
