Dear Mr. Krishnan,

Following your letter on January Lgth, 2015 please find below the mains commitments for Casino
products about palm oil. These commitments have been built in collaboration with TFT. Casino

Group has also

partnership with Goodplanet and launched

campaign

on

responsible

consumption.

Get transparency of palm oil used, by identifying, initially, the refining or the trading
company in order to have, in the end, the visibility of our supply chain till the palm
plantation. We are going to send, this year, a questionnaire about that to our suppliers
concerned.

Communicate transparently with stakeholders: release an annual report with KPls.

Source a responsible palm oil without impact on the forest that is to say from plantations
whose growing meets the High Conservation Value forests, High Carbon Stock forests and
peatlands.

ln the ACOP 201.4 reporting form, we have underlined the time-bound plan :
o Using, for own brand products, 100% RSPO certified oil palm from any supply chain

Using, for own brand products, 100% RSPO certified oil palm from physical supply
chains (ldentity Preserved, Segregated and/or Mass Balance).

Casino in 2O74 has launched a French information campaign on responsible consumption

with Goodplanet. Some brochures were distributed to customers and a website

(www.choisircaeir.com/HU|LE DE PALME) was created and promotes the use of
sustainable palm oil.
