people prepare everything for the party.

Normally most Ecuadorians buy traditional

liquor known as Zhumir, but in other cases
people buy beer or wine.

The food is also very important in this

celebration. More typical food is roast pork
and guinea pig in other cases.

The fireworks are also favorites in society.
