    The blood glucose and cholesterol tests require one simple finger stick. A nurse will need access to
    the employees upper arm for the blood pressure check, so a loose fitting shirt is recommended. The
    nurses will need a large enough space to set up, including 3 tables and 10 chairs. There is no cost to
    you or your staff for this screening. Those with a positive result will receive a follow up phone call
    from a nurse navigator. These nurses are trained to assist the participant with making necessary
    appointments for follow up care.
