NON COMPETE AGREEMENT

During the term of. introduction with Thoughtwave Software and Solutions Inc Clients for the period of One (1) year
thereafter, the Contractor Company will not solicit or enter into a business contract directly or indirectly with The
Companys introduced clients, meaning
Contractor Company agrees not directly or indirectly to independently contract with the introduced Clients or agency
or business, unless agreed upon in writing.
The Client: refers to any entity (individual or corporate) to which the consultant is introduced.
