Families are invited to bring skates to watch the game on the jumbotron and celebrate an important moment for Canada. Helmets are recommended for skaters and children must be accompanied by an adult. Food donations will be accepted to support the local Salvation Army.

    Free Family Skate and Gold Medal Game
    Sunday, February 28th 12:30p.m.

    Global Spectrum Facility Management in-conjunction with the city of Dawson Creek proudly
    invites you to the EnCana Events Centre for the Gold Medal Family Skate on Sunday, February
    28th at 12:30p.m. Sponsored by, Astral Media and the Dawson Creek Daily News

    In celebration of the Olympic Gold Medal Men’s hockey game we encourage you to join us at
    the EnCana Events Centre to watch the live broadcasted on the Jumbo –Tron. A monumental
    moment for the world and Canada; we want to share the pride and sprit with the community and
    show support to our Canadian Athletes.

    Bring your skates and the whole family to this FREE EVENT. Parents, we strongly recommend
    helmets and children must be accompanied by an adult.

    Food donations will be graciously accepted and donated to the Dawson Creek Salvation Army.
