Served as the content developer and grant writer for the Together Ohio Summer Learning Initiative grant
proposal of the Ohio Governors Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives; submitted by the Omega
CDC in February 2010, one of twelve grants awarded in May 2010.
Developed, directed, and coordinated the Omega CDC Childrens Defense Fund Freedom Schools program
during Summer 2010 and 2011. As Site Coordinator, completed the CDF Ella Baker Child Policy Training
Institute; provided oversight for the facilitation of the CDF Integrated Reading Curriculum; maintained the
budget and financial reporting for the CDF Freedom Schools program; developed and coordinated program
activities, field trips, weekly parent workshops, collaborations with arts and community organizations;
maintained 90-95% parent participation; and organized Health Fair Celebration with several local healthcare
organizations.
Responsible for the interviewing, hiring, and supervision of Servant Leader Interns and Program Assistants
for youth development programs.
Completed data entry and statistical analysis for the youth development programs of the Omega CDC.
Analysis was based on surveys, pre- and post- assessments, and data collection forms.
Managed the administrative responsibilities of the Straight Street Rites of Passage Program; including the
entry of Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)- Prevention, Retention, and Contingency (PRC)
client documents and monthly reporting using the AS400 data tracking system used by Montgomery County

Developed, coordinated, and directed the Omega CDC Afterschool Program during the 2009-2010 school
