Discrepancies in temporary cooling water pump house

1. Flexible conduits are not installed firmly

2. Motors are needed to be grounded
3. Local switch boxes are needed to be labeled
4. Local switch boxes entry point is not blocked. Need to block.
5. Motors are needed to be labeled.
6. Exhaust fan switches are needed to be labeled.
7. Availability of emergency lights.
8. Cable tagging is not finished, especially in the middle of the cables.
9. Lux is needed to be checked.
10. No light is available in the sump tank area. DECL is required to install one light.
