Mitchell Village Rehab:

HB Southern Builders LLC proposes to do all necessary work to complete the attached scope of work. This includes
installation and removal of temporary fence, demolition and complete build back of 20 interior units, HVAC replacement
and roofing repairs.

Scope of Work:
See Attached Scope of Work

Permits:
HB Southern Builders will be responsible for building permit and associated fees.

Dumpsters:
HB Southern will provide dumpsters and will maintain debris removal throughout the day with a complete pickup of all
debris at the end of each work day. HB will also provide temporary toilets for the duration of the job for employees.

Completion Schedule:
HB Southern will complete the project within 90 calendar days from start of construction.
**** HB Southern cannot be responsible for delays caused by weather.

Exclusions:
Lead Paint or Asbestos Surveys or Abatement

Warranty:
1 year for all materials and workmanship

We propose to provide all labor, material and equipment to perform all work listed in the scope of work listed above in a
professional and timely manner with all work meeting city and state building codes for:
$478,030.56
Our bid price is guaranteed for 30 days. Work will be billed weekly as job progresses. Net 30
