Attention Members!

The last date for payment of the annual membership fee and certificate of practice fee for the year
2015-16 (became due for payment w.e.f. 1st April, 2015) is 30th June, 2015.
The membership and certificate of practice fee payable is as follows:
1. Annual Associate Membership fee Rs.1125/2. Annual Fellow Membership fee
Rs.1500/3. Annual Certificate of Practice fee Rs.1000/- (*)
*Alongwith form-D duly filled in and signed
The fee can be remitted either by Online mode (through payment gateway of the Institutes website
(www.icsi.edu) or through Cash/Cheque at par/Demand draft/Pay order payable at New Delhi
(indicating on the reverse name and membership number) drawn in favour of The Institute of Company
Secretaries of India at the Institutes Headquarter or Regional/Chapter offices.
The members who are yet to pay the fee are requested to please remit the same at the earliest so that
the same may reach the Institute on or before 30th June, 2015. Members attention is also drawn to
Regulation 8(1) of the Company Secretaries Regulations, 1982 which provides that any person who has
not paid his annual membership fee or annual certificate fee on or before thirtieth June of that year
shall be liable to his name being removed from the Register with effect from first July of that year
without any further notice.
