BIG YEARS

ENERGY EFFICIENT
Kelani Cables continued its sustainability strategies
throughout in another financial year on 2013/2014.
Sustainability objectives were achieved based on the
environmental management roadmap and HR strategic
plan. The company gained reputation for operating
focused on human and environment. Environmental
performance improved with reduced energy
consumption per unit product output owing to energy
conservation projects in place in our operations.

In consistent with our environmental management

roadmap, we are in the process of obtaining ISO
50001:2011 energy management systems certification.
With our Kelani Lighting arm we are in the process of
providing energy efficient LED lights for our consumers.

INNOVATION
Innovation keeps us ahead in the game. One of our latest
additions to the portfolio is the solar cables intended for
use in photovoltaic cables (solar electric systems).
