PROBLEM OCCURRED IN C FRAM

WHILE CAMPING 3 EXTRANAL CLAMPS

We see the picture of clamped

lugs by using external clamps
If we clamped lug in center slot, lug will
be bend due to less lug thickness &
clamping pressure
Lug dont bend while clamping, &
running the rib (profile) (more web
thickness resist the bending the lug)
If we clamped the lug by using slot 2,
slot-1 easily compressed. so
automatically potential force acting in
between lug & component
It bend while running the web thickness,
if web thickness is reduced (5.4 to 1.6)
gradually Rib & lug both are bend due
to less lug thickness, if bend the lugs
automatically web come up word so web
thickness was reduced while machining.
