TO 10K

WEEK 8
Session 1 Friday 09.30 meet on school field
Trail run with the group but longer improvers route
planned.
Session 2
Agnes Ing route with BIG effort on any uphill
sections to really make you puff and sweat. DONT
stop at the top of the hills to get your breath back
just keep going but slow down a bit if you need to.
Session 3
Run further than 10k, about 7-8 miles.
Run slowly.
A suggested route is to start on the 10k route but
when youre right up the top turn right up the road
that goes to Tatham Fells, then pretty immediately
left onto Mewith Lane. Trek along here for a while
and take the first road on your left. This cuts back
towards the 10k and when you hit the main road
(term used loosely) again then turn left and youll
see where you are and can continue back on the
10k route again.
