GENDER

In a company, different gender has different ways of working so you have to complement the
disadvantages of the two sides. And the problem that the manager will meet is gender
differences. Because men and women play different roles, they are often in the face of

system of prejudice and discrimination. First of all, we talk about communication. The gender
