Subject: Permission to stay in the college after college hours

for Virtual BAJA 2015.
Respected Sir,
As the dates are closing in, we need more time to work in the
college on the Presentation. Uptil now, the Departments of Roll Cage,
Steering, Transmission have been completed. Material Selection has
also been done. But Suspension and Brakes Department are in
progress. These departments require a lot of time so we wish to stay in
the college after the working hours.
We are also planning a Mock Presentation on 3rd of July, 2015
and we have to submit our Presentation on 4th July to the concerned
Authority of Virtual BAJA So it is important for us to stay in the college
after the college hours from 01/07/2015 to 05/07/2015.
Kindly grant us the permission to stay in the college after Working
hours.
