Project Title: International Business and Digital Marketing for new product
Targets for the week:
1. Study files of different international buyers of OMG Trends1
2. Making new concept of gift boxes for Hostel Students.
3. Preparation of sample.
4. Discussion on possible ways to clear the stocks.
5. Handling queries and sending quotations.
6. Understanding packaging details necessary for the shipment.
7. Pricing of products.
Achievements for the week: At the beginning of the 3rd week I started scanning the files of
different buyers. While reading the files I pinned out the products we dealing in or have dealt
earlier that helped me to know who the major buyers of OMG Trends are. It helped me to
understand demand graph of products in international market. After discussion with my
industrial guide, I made a new concept for Hostel Students named as Back to School which
consist of set of bowl, plates, cutlery, S&P and tumbler. I also suggested some other sets for
clearing our stock and uploaded them in online shopping sites. To understand the role of each
and every unit, I drew a flow chart which begins from the receipt of Purchase Order to the
Dispatch of Order. I also participated in the preparation of sample for beer mules that was sent to
U.S.A. My task was to measure the requested capacity of the mule and check for any fault in it.
This test involves proper finishing, coating and food safety test. I handled queries from Indiamart
and send them quotation
on daily basis. I understood the cost and weight relation of product to calculate the ex-factory
price of the product. At the end of the week, I learned the necessary details required during the
packaging of products for shipment.
Future work plans: Hiring a Graphic Designer and Preparation of Photo sheet of products along

with presentations.
