Dear Sir or Madam,

Paderborn is lacking a sufficient nightlife and therefore is not attractive for future
students. The key of becoming a students city is a flourishing pub culture. A good
example for this kind of pub culture is Mnster. Paderborn wants to become a
students city because they bring a lot of talents with them ,which translates into
money and progress. Also they rejuvenate the image of an ancient city like
Paderborn. The main Problems at the moment are that there is a very little variety
of pubs and clubs and that they are scattered. So students have every right to call
Paderborn, Paderboring and escape to their more exciting hometowns.

Proposal and Objective

I want to create a core of student activity at the paderspring area with a lot of pubs
and clubs to attract young People and their ideas. It comes with minor downsides of
noise and pollution which will disappear when dealt with accordingly.

Plan of Action
I will open the first pub at Auf den Dielen. It's the perfect street for such a project
because the Pader runs alongside which gives it a maritime flair. Also the old frame
houses are perfectly fit to become a cosy pub with walls and furniture out of dark
wood. The overall theme will be maritime with fishing nets, steering wheels, anchors
and so on to create the illusion of an old harbour pub. As an ideal for order of
business serves the Kaffibarinn in Reykjavik. The pub opens in the morning and
serves as a coffeehouse with a small selection of tea, coffee,lus some unique soft
drinks like Club Mate, Lemonaid ,Fritz Cola.
