COMPANY BACKGROUND

Telenor Group is among the largest mobile operators in the


world with 180 million mobile subscriptions and a workforce of
approximately 33,000.
Telenor Pakistan has reported a subscriber base of over 36
million, making it Pakistan's second largest mobile operator.
The company acquired the GSM license in 2004 and began
commercial operations on March 15, 2005
Telenor Pakistan's corporate headquarters are in Islamabad,
with regional offices in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan,
Hyderabad and Peshawar.

It is a project because it is non routine


activity limited by time and cost. KPIs were
designed to measure performance before
and after training.

OBJECTIVES

To improve interpersonal communication skills among employees.


To get participants to share their views on what they think IPC is all about.
To make participants aware of the concepts and principles of IPC.
For participants to gain a framework for IPC skills
Understand interpersonal and motivational skills
By the end of the session, the participants will be able to demonstrate
non-verbal and verbal skills for encouraging others to talk.
To improve listening skills and understand how false information can be
spread.

MILESTONE
As Telenor is one of the growing company of the country so, it is
also facing a lot of challenges in order to make its human resource
as its competitive advantages. There are some milestones over life
of project.
1. To conduct a training needs analysis.
2. To make employees realize about the importance and benefits
of this training project.
3. To design a training program.
4. Implementing a training.
5. Evaluation before, during and after training.
