Note:
1. The Director may change/cancel any programme without assigning reason.
2. If Mondays are holidays, the scheduled course will commence on next working day and if Friday is holiday the course will conclude on the previous working day.
3. Nominees/participants should not start their journey for joining any course without receiving confirmation from this Institute. If confirmation is not received, it may be
obtained over telephone or by FAX to avoid embarrassment due to cancellation of the course by chance.
4. At the end of the course, Certificates will be issued to the trainees who have completed the course with an attendance of 80% and above only.
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree/Deploma in relevant branch of engineering. NTC/NAC with 2/3 years relevant trade experience.
For Industrial Chemistry: B.Sc. with Chemistry.
For SCADA Programming & Applications: Knowledge of PLC Programming.
For Computer Awareness & MS Office : S.S.C. / H.S.C.
For Basic Car Maintenance : S.S.C./ H.S.C. with Valid Driving Licence.
FOR SPONSORED CANDIDATES:
Candidates with matriculation or equivalent with Science and Maths with 3/5 years trade experience and sponsored by Ministry/Organisation.

ABOUT THE INSTITUTE:
The Institute is established by DGE&T, Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India in collaboration with USA, UNDP, ILO and World Bank at different stages.
The Institute is situated in a sprawling area over 37 acres of land at V.N. Purav Marg, Sion, Mumbai-22.
The campus of the Institute is having well equipped workshops, laboratories, administrative building, dispensary, hostel and staff quarters. The Institute is also equipped
with Audio Visual Aids Section, Curriculum Development Laboratory and Library.
