Robert Hickey Raises Six Figures in Three Weeks

Robert Hickey, candidate for San Diego City Attorney, raised over $100,000 before the
June 30 deadline. In the three weeks since announcing his candidacy, he received an
outpouring of support with individual contributions from over 230 donors.
Im thrilled with the enthusiasm the community has shown me, says Hickey. I look
forward to keeping up the momentum and am grateful for the support Ive received so
early in the campaign.
Hickey is a veteran criminal prosecutor for the San Diego County District Attorneys
Office. He is running to replace current City Attorney Jan Goldsmith, who is in his final
term.
Robert is an outstanding criminal and civil litigator who practices law with integrity and
honor, said Sheriff Bill Gore, who endorsed his candidacy upon announcement. I have
every confidence that Robert will fight for taxpayers with the same tenacity hes served
as a Deputy District Attorney.
