Weekly
Highlights
Reading: Our main reading story is Henry and
Mudge. The skills that we will cover are sequence of
events, infer and predict.
We will have our first spelling test on Thursday. This
test will include spelling and word wall words.
Vocabulary will be possible bonus words. We will have a
possible reading test on Friday.
Math:

Addition and Subtraction to 20. We will have a


quiz next week. The date will be announced on Monday.

Health:

Classroom Needs:
Needs: Thank you for sending in
supplies and wish list items. Somehow the supply lists
did not include scissors. Please send in a pair of
scissors for your child! Also, as a reminder, students
will also need a white 1 binder with clear pocket covers
and headphones for next week!
Please send in the completed forms given to you at Meet the
Teacher as soon as possible. We will begin using the Daily
Math and Language books this week. So, please send
payment for those and Weekly Readers as soon as possible.
