SUBJECT: New Loss-Prevention System
The Branch manager has met all employees of Denver Branch to consider matters of preventing
accidents and any other safety-related measures that affect the workplace.
Please note these changes in your daily use:
1. Training program: the training coordinator, Kendra Johnes, will assemble a written training
program and it can be implemented no later than June of this year.
2. Safety award: In February, a monthly safety award of $100 to the individual branch employee
will be given in case he comes up with the most useful suggestion about the safety. You can place
your suggestions in a suggestion box put to the wall of lunchroom
