Work as a part of a multidisciplinary team in capital market transactions (Privatization, IPO and
Bond Issuance Advisory). Specialize in Valuation. Familiar with most contemporary financial
modeling and valuation approaches.
Selected industry experience:
Airports Corporation of Vietnam, 2014 2015: Prepared the Privatization Plan for submission
to the Ministry of Transportation and liaise with potential partners to form a Consortium of
Financial Advisors to act as the sell-side advisor for ACV. Ongoing as of June 2015.
Vinasiam Joint Venture Bank, Valuation, 2014 2015: Prepared the financial model for the
Enhanced Relative Valuation and Precedent Transaction methods. Presented and successfully
defended the valuation result before Vinasiams BOM and investors. Deal size: USD 20 million.
VID Public Bank, Valuation, 2014: Prepared the financial model for the Relative Valuation and
Precedent Transaction methods. Advised BIDV on the negotiation strategy and possible price
range, resulted in a successful equity transfer. Deal size: USD 76.6 million.
Vietnam Airlines, Initial Public Offering, 2014: Prepared the Prospectus and Investment
Memo, provide English translations complied with international conventions for Prospectus.
Vinacomin, Bond Issuance, 2014: Prepared the Pitch Book and Investment Memo.

Statistical model construction: Assisted in the construction of a statistical model to account for
trends in directors appointment in South Africa using Stata.
