Thesis Abstract
Study : Ability of applying Six Sigma system in the club of security forces
officers in Riyadh
Student: Mohammed Bin Saleh Bin Mohammed AlZahrani
Advisor of : D. Khaeld Bin saad Bin Abdulaziz Bin Saeed
Research problem : Determined in the main question ( To what extend the Six
Sigma system can be applied in the club of security forces officers in Riyadh).
Study population (samples): Contains employees in the club of security
forces officers in Riyadh who are () employee and () Member .
Research methodology: The study depends on the descriptive approach of
describing and analyzing data that were collected by ( Questionnaire) for
answering the questions of the thesis.
Main results : The researcher managed to notice the following results :
- Individuals of thesis are completely agree of the requirements for
applying Six Sigma system in the club of security forces officers in
Riyadh.
- Individuals of thesis are agree of the readiness for applying Six Sigma
system in the club of security forces officers in Riyadh.
- Individuals of the study are neutral on drawbacks of applying Six Sigma
system in the club of security forces officers in Riyadh.
Main recommendations : The has the following recommendations
- Club of security forces officers in Riyadh should consider Six Sigma as
a system for directing quality .
- Utilization of Experts in order to apply Six Sigma system in the club of
security forces officers in Riyadh.
- Providing training programs needed for qualifying members of the club
on applying Six Sigma System.
- Providing affective communication system between the club and the
members and the workers themselves inside the club.
