System Overview
The proponents would like to propose a system entitled as RFID Employees Attendance and
Tracking System in Philippine Batteries Incorporated. This implementation will replace the old
IDs and ineffective attendance system. Also, this can be used to monitor the current location
and the activities that the employees are doing. By implementing this, employees will be more
productive. The report includes theory, software and hardware used in order to execute this
project. For attendance and tracking system, it will display information such as names,
current time, current date, and current location of the staffs via graphical user interface (GUI)
upon request.

Statement of the problem

The staffs in the PBI still uses pens and papers for their attendance monitoring system, this
system is very inefficient in data management and may lead to loss of data due to poor data
management. Furthermore, its really hard and tiresome to track the location of the
employees, especially when their presence is needed (e.g Emergency Meetings,
Consultations and the other gatherings).
