Pada tahap ini,sudah timbul proses
internalisasi untuk memiliki dan menghayati
nilai dari ransangan yang dihadapi. Penilaian
terbahagi kepada 4 tahap :

Tahap ini bukan hanya melibatkan
menginternalisasi satu nilai tertentu
seperti pada tahap komitmen, tetapi
melihat beberapa nilai yang releven
untuk disusun menjadi satu sistem nilai.
Proses ini dibentuk berdasarkan 2
tahap :

Perwatakan atau kemampuan untuk
menghayati atau memperibadikan sistem
nilai. Ini bermaksud, ianya bersifat fleksibel.
Proses ini terdiri daripada dua tahap :
1. Generalisasi kemampuan untuk melihat
suatu masalah dari sudut pandang tertentu.

mengembangkan pandangan hidup tertentu
yang memberi corak tersendiri,keperibadian
