    2010 CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS-SWFLANT

    TO THE MEMBERS OF IAM&AW LOCAL LODGE 2772 WORKING AT


    LOCKHEED MARTIN SWFLANT

    On February 16, 2010, your Union Negotiating Committee and Lockheed Martin -
    SWFLANT met to formally begin negotiations.

    On this first day of negotiations, your Committee presented its proposals (attached)
    to the Company and receive theirs (attached). The parties have had extensive discussions
    about each other's proposals, with some being tentatively agreed upon, while others
    remain unsettled.

    The Company continues to reject many of your very important issues, but your
    committee is committed to having our members' voices heard.

    As negotiations goes into the 2nd day on Wednesday, February 17th, your
    committee will be aggressively arguing in support of the issues we were instructed to
    address.

    Your committee is pleased to announce that we have been able to coordinate all
    aspects of negotiations with our Local Lodge 282 Brothers from SWFPAC and we
    believe this strategy is serving each bargaining unit very well.

    In order to provide you with as much information as possible, we will continue


    keeping you updated as negotiations progress.

    Thank you for your continued support, and we remaining in solidarity.
