The margins of a page are the white spaces around the sides of the writing
Margins help to 'frame' the page.
Margins also provide space for headers / footers,
and for stapling / binding a document

The Header of a page is the area at the top of the page, the Footer is at
the bottom
The Header and Footer provide places for you to
add text such as:
- Document title
- Page number
- Your name
- The date
Normally, the same header and footer appear on
every page

Seelct the option to have a Different First Page header and footer
Select the Layout tab, then tick the Different
First Page option box
