AFFIDAVIT
I, Analiza Perez, of legal age, single, residing at #2 Golden Homes Subdivision
Pasay City, after being sworn to in accordance with the law, depose and say:
1. That on February 3, 2014, I am the assigned Investigating Officer in the Philippine
National Police Headquarters, Cavite;
2. That our headquarters received a call from the office of the Paranaque Police Chief,
informing us to conduct an investigation in #4 Barangay Babacao, Maragondon,
Cavite for possibly being connected to the incident earlier reported to the Paranaque
police regarding the bodies found inside a car parked in Multinational Village,
Barangay Moonwalk Paranaque City.
3. That my 2 of my team went immediately to the stated address to conduct an
investigation.
4. That upon arriving at the said house, we noticed drops of blood on the floor of the
garage and on the other parts of the house.
5. That we went to the masters bedroom and saw bloodstains all over the bed, the
walls and on the floor.
6. That we also identified by sight a throw pillow covered with blood and a rosecolored toy knife lying on the floor.
7. That we immediately cordoned the crime scene to preserve the objects identified by
sight, as per Philippine National Police (PNP) protocol, being the First Responder
(FR) on the crime scene.
8. That the team looked for possible witnesses around the perimeter for documentation
and interview, but none was found.
9. That after a general assessment and a cautious walk-through on the crime scene, we
contacted the Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) for them to conduct an expert

and thorough investigation on the possible evidence, as per PNP protocol on crime
scene investigations.
10. That the team, through a phone call confirmed to the Paranaque police that the
house in Cavite is a possible scene of the crime in relation to the bodies found in
Paranaque.
11. That while waiting for the SOCO, the team double checked the security of the
crime scene perimeter until the proper turning over to SOCO.
