A good or a bad lider

Thomas Carlyle said that as ,, the breed is actually uname biography of its leaders, and I can
say that I agree with these words.
In my opinion, an exemple of a woman leader is Cleopatra, was daughter of King
Ptolemy. Is one of the women who have marked the history and was considered one of the most
beautiful women in the world and also she was called Queen of Egypt.
As history tells is not only attracted by her beauty, but also by intelligence.
On the one hand, I can say that Ceopatra was a good lider. Was an independent, smart
woman, knew to handle any situation, has always the winning spirit, and a great desire for
affirmation. She knew how to use his qualities like beauty, intelligence, charisma, stregh to
achieve their goals. Is appreciated that she was one of the women who made history, which could
curb and drove very well an entire nation and empire. In the same time, she has the capacity to
make people to do different things like she want it to be. Today , women are still struggling to be
considered equal to men .
Ceopatra is an example for women who demonstrated since the earliest times of history that even
a woman can do to lead a nation .
On the other hand, it was not a very good lider because also have some defects. The
reason I say this is that Ceopatra stepping over bodies. Also another reason is that she didnt
know to keep their lofe life away from administrative affairs, if needed sleep with anyone to have
more power. I think that another weak point is the fact that her strategy to reach the top wad
based on manipulation of others, especially her boyfriend, I used to blame her because was used
by feelings for other purposes than normal. These things brings to the light that she it first of all
loved himself. But, finally get to fall I loe even to die to get see her boyfiend.
In my opinion, all these things are those that also send to call it a less good leader.
Cleopatra brought upon them al the negative effects of her actions but I think ultimately so is a
leader with good and bad, and last but not least, nobody is perfect!
