Project Description:

It is the site for MAP Phase II project. area having approx.89 Acres in Army & 20 Acres in Air
Force. The site Location is heavily Sandy in Army and in Air Force on Black Cotton soil with big
nala following in between.
It has very undulation in level difference within the site is almost 09 meters. The layout in the
site is designed to accommodate 133 blocks in Army total consisting of OR DUs & 18 Blocks in
Air Force consisting of 2 MAJORS, 1Captains, 7 Dus of JCOs and 8 Dus of ORs.
Blocks were planned with different configuration to suit the lay of the ground as per survey.
Infrastructure work including, Roads, Path, Culverts, Area Drainage, & Rain water Harvesting
works, arboriculture works and compound wall.
Including other services like internal water supply works, Internal Electrical works and Area
drainage works.
The Length of Road has app. 8Km in Army & 2Km in Air Force.
Entire Air Force work (i.e. 18 Blocks in Air Force consisting of 2 MAJORS, 1Captains, 7 Dus of
JCOs and 8 Dus of ORs) is successfully handover on 8 Oct 2014 (On Air Force day.)

Responsibilities:

Implementing cost efficient method for construction; tracking design approvals,

construction / shop drawings approvals, material approvals, delay in site inspection, bill of
quantities variation & addition / deletion and natural calamities, site instruction register, etc for
applying Extension of time.

Keeping close watch on various activities of Project (like delivery of materials, site
clearance, duration of activities, Holds etc.) and updating the Sr. Management on any Risk foreseen
for project completion and providing suggestions.

Read and comprehend the working drawings, and should be able to work out quantities
independently.

Prepare Rate Analysis.

Prepare / revision PCE; Zero budgets.

Prepare RA Bills.

Prepare PRW Bills month wise.

Prepare daily NMR.

Prepare material reconciliation statement including sub contractors/ PRW wise.

Maintain books/ hand work registers and other associated documents.

Prepare DPR/ WPR/ MPR for RO / HO & Clients.
