Working with kids is an adventure that I am passionate about. In fact, I have been working with
kids since I was a teenager, and over the years my love for teaching and working with kids has
only grown. I care deeply about the children in our community, and I have so much respect for
what the Boys and Girls clubs have done in Sonoma County for the safety and welfare our
children. That is why I am seeking the position of Program Director.
If hired as Program Director, I would apply my experience working with and my passion for
inspiring children towards creating a club that instills a sense of value and self-worth in every
individual club member. I would also work with my staff to equip them with the necessary skills
to tutor their study groups effectively. I want to inspire every child to excel beyond what is
expected of them, and I believe as Program Director, I could do just that.
