In a thunderstorm advisory issued at 11:13 a.m., PAGASA said: "a thunderstorm associated with heavy rain is affecting Rizal (Rodriguez), Metro Manila(Manila,Pasay, CAMANAVA, QC), portion of Bulacan, Cavite, Bataan, Batangas, which may persist within 2 hours." "Expect Thunderstorm over #Quezon, #Laguna and other areas of #Rizal, #MetroManila within the next 2 hours," the advisory said.
