    Construction Power, Temporary site building, stores, QC Lab, Staff


    Welfare Facility etc.

    Site Development Works comprising of: Site Clearance, Site Grading


    beyond EPC Works

    Compound wall, fencing, Security gate, Security watch towers

    Administration building

    Service Building.

    6.

    Supply of furniture and furnishings inside the administration & service


    buildings.

    7. Canteen building.
    8.

    Fire station complex.

    9.

    Workshop building.

    10. Hydrographic Surveying


    11. Permanent Stores/Ware house Building.
    12. River Water intake system civil, mechanical & electrical works comprising of
    Pump house, Jack well, Infiltration Gallery and Collector wells, Pumps,
    Material Handling System etc.
    13. Raw Water Reservoir for 7 days storage requirement.
    14. Ash Dyke (associated civil works for pipe supports and decantation well are
    in EPC scope).

    19. Construction of main approach road from the State / National highway to the
    plant main gate. A distance of about 4 Kms.
    20. MGR Work shop (Merry Go Round Workshop for CHP Marshalling Yard).
    21. Marshalling Yard inside and outside the plant boundaries.
    22. Horticulture and Landscaping inside the plant.

    Railway tracks and accessories.

    400 kV transmission lines beyond switchyard gantry and 400 kV


    Switchyard extension at Meramundali sub station (GRIDCO).

    Laboratory for testing coal, fuel oil, turbine oil, transformer oil, ash,
    ambient air quality, stack emission and other effluents, steam and water
    also. Sampling units including necessary samplers and monitoring kits
    etc.
