- A copy of this manifest must be included in carton 1 with your physical returns
- 1 shipping label must be attached to all cartons containing your physical returns
- You are required to return FULL COPIES or COVERS as listed on each return form listed above
- For magazines listed as FULL COPIES on your return form you are required to return the entire magazine including
any tip-ons
- For magazines listed as COVERS you are required to return the full cover (including barcode) as evidence of your
claim
- A copy of your completed returns is kept on www.netonline.com.au for your convenience
- Please deliver all physical stock to the DC address listed at the top of this form within 30 days of finalising the
shipment
