My Goal For This Week Is:

1. Sleep until am or later


2. (Morning Chores) Eat breakast, take my medicine, get dressed, make my bed, and brush by 10:30 am
3. Exercise or play independently for 30 min
4. Maintain my intelligence by practicing school work, speech, and social skills for 30 min.
5. Be a good communicator by using eye contact and answering when spoken to
6. Try to finish all my lunch
7. I can play video games or watch videos for 1 hour in morning and 1 hour in the evening
8. Help set or clear the table
9. Try to finish all or most of my dinner
10. Shower and get ready for bed when asked (except on skip days)
11. Brush my teeth when asked
12. Be in bed by 9 pm, you can read independently until 9:30
13. Have weekend chores fininshed before snacktime on Friday evening
