By signing the Registration form you are indicating that you have read, understood, and
agreed to the terms of registration as set out in the fee structure for the school year of
2015-2016. Registration in the program obligates parent(s)/guardian(s) for payment of
the full tuition. If the decision to withdraw the child by the parent(s)/guardian(s) is made,
the parents/guardians are obligated to pay the tuition up to and including the last day of
the school year. Exceptions will be made only in severe unforeseen circumstances.
