ABSENT FROM SCHOOL : DATES IN THE MONTH OF MAY 2014
Sorry for writing in late. Kindly excuse my daughter Lim Qian Li, for not attending
school on the following dates:
05 and 06 May 2014
Reason:
I believe she has an MC for those two days but unfortunately it has been misplaced.
She was either down with a fever or was having acute gastric.
10 May 2014
Reason:
She has not fully recovered from her illness so I have decided to keep her home. In
fact, her brother has caught the fever and was on MC too.
21 May 2014
Reason: There was no exam on the 21 May 2014 so she was at home doing her
revision for the forthcoming test.
26 May 2014
Reason: We had a pre-booked family trip to Universal Studio in Singapore.
If there are any dates I have missed out, please kindly inform Qian Li and I will write

ABSENT FROM SCHOOL (18 20 JANUARY 2012)
Sorry for writing in late. Kindly excuse my daughter Lim Qian Li, a student from your
class, as she was unable to attend school from 18 20 January 2012. She was
having high fever, bad flu, cough and diarrhea.
Her mc covers 2 days (18-19 January 2012). As she was still sick on the 20 January
2012 I have to keep her home.
