This has been a difficult decision for me to make, but there has been ‘much time put into this decision and | believe its in the best interest of the City of Dixon and myself if | step down at this time. | entered this position with the goal to serve the citizens of Dixon to the best of my ability and at this time | am unable to fulfil this obligation.
