How to Patch With QAG Network:

In QAG you have two types of network.

1. HC
2. QAG
QAG is managed by their own IT infra, if anybody asking you to patch (connect) to the particular port. Do
the following things.
A) Note down the port to be connected or patched (Ex: QAG 10)
B) Go to the UPS room adjacent to the Data center, there you can find a switch cum patch cord
panel at your left

C) Using patch cord connect QAG port 10 from QAG patch panel to any available QBB port
(consider QBB 10) from QBB patch panel.
D) Then go to DATA CENTER room there you will find a rack next to EMC rack, which one have
Switch with QBB patch panel. Here make a patch from QBB 10th port (because earlier in the
scene you make patch from QAG 10 to QBB 10) from QBB patch panel to the SWITCH which on
top of the rack. And make sure the link is comes up otherwise first check with the network team
for switch port (access/block).
