European World Heritage Beech Forests

Check list for participating experts who receive financial support in the context
of the expert workshop Beech Forests Joint Natural Heritage of Europe (6)
2nd/3rd April, Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water
Management, Vienna, Austria
1. The costs for your accommodation is covered (including breakfast) please
make sure that you sign the List of participants and that your name and
number of nights occurs in the respective list of the hotel.
2. Lunch will be taken on both of the workshop days at the cafeteria in the same
building. The price is about 8 . Here you would have to pay on your own at
first but will receive daily allowance together with the reimbursement of travel
costs.
3. The joint dinner (1 meal and 1 beverage) for all experts is also covered by the
project (please make sure that you sign the List of participants).
4. After returning home, please send your original travel documents (e.g. air
tickets, public transport, etc.), including a list of the related steps and costs of
your journey) plus the following personal and bank details to the above
indicated address:
a. Name
b. Country
c. Name and address of account holder
d. Account number
e. IBAN Code / SWIFT Code
f. Bank name
g. Bank address
h. Intended purpose of transaction (if necessary)
Your expenses will be reimbursed as soon as possible.
