ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGES RULING
TO POSTPONE ALL-PARTY MEETING The assigned Commissioner scheduled an all-party meeting for Thursday, July 30, 2015 in Monterey, California. (See Assigned Commissioners Ruling dated March 26, 2015.) By Notice issued July 9, 2015, the Commissions Energy Division extended the comment period on the Draft Environmental Impact Report. By Administrative Law Judges Ruling also issued on July 9, 2015, the briefing schedule was extended to dates to be set by subsequent ruling. Given these events, the assigned Commissioner has decided to postpone the all-party meeting to a date to be set by subsequent ruling. This postponement will facilitate the efficient use of resources, and allow further development of issues before meeting with the assigned Commissioner. IT IS RULED that the all-party meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2015 is postponed to a date to be set by subsequent ruling. Dated July 14, 2015, at San Francisco, California. /s/ GARY WEATHERFORD Gary Weatherford Administrative Law Judge
