ABSTRACT
The objective of this study was to determine the factors affecting online
shopping behavior of consumers in Can Tho city. Research data was
collected from 130 consumers (100 online shopping consumers and 30
off-line shopping consumers). Factor analysis, regression analysis and
discriminant analysis methods were used to determine factors affecting
online shopping behavior of consumers in Can Tho city. Research results
showed that factors such as financial and product risk, diverse selection
of goods, belief, responsiveness of the site, the time risk, the comfort, the
convenience, price affect the consumers decision to continue (or begin)
online shopping. In particular, the comfort factor had the greatest impact
to the online shopping behavior.

thun tin, gi c c nh hng n vic quyt nh tip tc (hoc bt
u) mua sm trc tuyn ca ngi tiu dng. Trong , nhn t s thoi
