Individual Development Plan (IDP)*

This Individual Development Plan is an integral part of the Talent
Management Process. It ensures that the identified Employee, their Manager
and HR Manager commit to the steps and objectives (described below) in
order to support the development of the employees potential towards the
identified next career steps.
We recommend for IDP to be reviewed and updated by your Manager, HR
Manager and yourself on a regular and continuing basis until you reach your
next career level.
Examples of when you should review your IDP are:

Once an area of development has been completed/due date met


When significant improvement in your area of development has
been observed, thus initiating additional development actions.
A new area of development is being identified
