Head Coach, Womens Basketball
LeMoyne-Owen College, Memphis, Tennessee

Serve as Head Coach for the Womens Basketball Varsity program.
Supervise 2 assistant coaches and 2 team managers.
Responsible for organizing team travel, team scheduling and recruiting student-athletes.
Coordinate pre, post and game day activities.
Facilitate player developmental drills during practice.
Monitor academic progression of student-athletes.
Recruit and retain top student-athletes.
Oversee a $200,000 annual budget for the Womens Basketball program.

Improved overall team record with a 65% winning percentage increased in a two-year span.
Ranked #3 as the most improved basketball team among National Collegiate Athletic
Association Division 2 institutions (314 total) in the 2014-15 season.

Finished in second place of the West Division in the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic
Conference.

Equipment Manager Assistant
Handle day-to-day operational equipment needs for the each team, which included game day
activities.
Maintain all equipment for each sport.
Order and keep inventory of all sports programs equipment (18).
Gymnasium Coordinator
Prepare contracts for all on and off campus vendors using the athletic facilities gymnasiums.
Coordinated the logistical details for at least 12 special events, including Facility Reservation
and Space Configuration.
Handle the gymnasium setup and equipment needs for all UICs athletics teams.
