Purpose: To encourage physical activity and enhance overall


fitness.
Goal: 10,000 steps daily from August 30 to September 26.
Entry procedure:
Individuals or teams of 5-10. Choose a name. Register at
Team size does not matter. Steps will be averaged per person to
determine which team/or who wins.
Who is eligible? Open to all.
General rules:
Record steps daily using pedometer, fitbit or smart phone
pedometer app
Competition runs August 30 to September 26
Submit totals September 27 at Health Fair at 1999 Fairport
Rd 10-1200 hrs.
