Dear Father/Pastor/Minister:
Greetings of peace!
The bearer, ___________________________________, is a student of Colegio De
San Lorenzo and currently taking-up Moral Theology (Theo 103). One of the
requirements of the course is parish involvement in his/her local parish or
community. The aim is to help him/her grow as an active and involved
individual in his/her locality.
In this regard, may we ask you to please allow him/her to serve in your
parish in a ministry of his/her choice. We require him/her to render 25 hours
of parish service if he/she will choose a ministry involved in parish services
(like Knights of the Altar, choir, lector and commentator, collector, catechist,
etc.). However, if he/she will choose to just attend a parish formation
seminar (like PREX, Cursillo, Youth Encounter, Youth for Christ, and the likes),
he/she must accumulate a total of 50 hours. Lastly, on or before September
30, 2015, please issue a certification attesting to his/her attendance in your
parish/community.
