This practicum will expire on the date indicated above without further notice and maybe terminated
anytime for just cause.
As a practicum student you are not considered part of the regular workplace of PETRON BATAAN
REFINERY and are not eligible to receive salary, benefits and privileges enjoyed by regular employees
except an allowance for a Student Trainee (OJT). Moreover, PETRON BATAAN REFINERY is not
liable for any untoward damages whatsoever for any untoward incident you may suffer arising from
accidents, negligence or other attendant causes.
