Plaintiff by counsel respectfully states that:
1. The parties have agreed in principle that they will submit to the
Honorable Court a Compromise Agreement, a copy is attached;
2. Given the nick of time, it is prayed that the hearing set on April
23, 2015 be momentarily deferred inorder for the defendant to
secure

the

authority

from

the

Sangguniang

Panalalawigan

concerned and for the plaintiff and/or counsel to sign the same;
3. Defendant undertakes to submit these documents prior to the
next hearing which is prayed to be set on May 21, 2015 at 8:30 in
the morning.
WHEREFORE it is respectfully prayed that the Honorable Court
takes cognizance of this Manifestation.
